What’s up West Side?? Happy Friday.
We survived the World Cup. Give yourself a round of applause and/or a pat on the back. We really did it. And we’re getting credit from around the world.
FIFA wants to build a stronger relationship with our city because we were such great hosts. A true reflection on Atlantans and the business owners who put so much effort into making our city a great place to be.
We’ve got a great weekend ahead of us. Let’s get into this week’s Anthem 👇

The Anthem is made possible in part by El Tesoro West End & South Downtown, a neighborhood treasure serving good quality food at reasonable prices. See the menu here.
🌮 $10 nachos, every day, 3-6pm. That's the happy hour deal at El Tesoro West End in Lee + White. This is a biiiiig plate of nachos. I know from experience - Connor
🍸 The Masquerade has a new house cocktail menu themed around the venue, so you can now drink your way through Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory. The Liminal Lemonade is the early crowd favorite.
🍑 The Optimist is serving a peach sorbet right now, which feels like the correct move for mid-July in Georgia.
🍕 Monday Night Garage is going 100% gluten-free on July 21 and 22, with GF wood-fired pizza, wings, a new Drip Dry cider, and local GF dessert vendors on site.
🚀 Bottle Rocket put out a BR Bundle: a custom tee, a custom poster, and a custom keychain for $55.
☕ Got art that deserves wall space? Urban Grind Coffeehouse is taking submissions from local artists to feature on their walls.
🍕 Phew Pies' July Pizza of the Month is a Shrimp & Scallop pie built on a lobster and crab bisque base, and the comments are losing it.
🍸 It looks like a plain vodka soda, but Bar Incognito loaded theirs with mango, sage, and lime as the first drink in a new cocktail series.
🍓 Ori Ori at Chattahoochee Food Works is serving a Strawberries & Cream Crepe made with house bavarian cream, strawberry puree, and fresh strawberries.
🍕 Pulled pork, cheese, and jalapeños. That's Westside Pizza's Pizza of the Month.
