Happy Friday West Atlanta! It’s not just any Friday, its Masters Friday. Today’s also the birthday of the West Atlanta Anthem. When you read this, Atlanta’s newest newsletter is probably just a few minutes or hours old.
You’re one of the first 100 subscribers. (Ok, we were actually up to 102 when finished writing last night.)
I’d love for you to reply with feedback or any tips on what should be included in next week’s edition.
Thanks for reading!

The Anthem is made possible in part by El Tesoro, a neighborhood treasure serving good quality food at reasonable prices. See the menu here.
🍑 El Tesoro West End is an official Atlanta United pub partner, which means they've got a custom cocktail for match days: the Spirit of '96, made with Tito's, peach, lemon, and lime. Catch the next one Saturday, April 11 during the Chicago Fire FC match. Expect exclusive swag and specials too.
🍓 Little Rey is kicking off spring with a frozen strawberry margarita now available at all locations. Bold claim calling it a "weekend obsession" but honestly, not gonna argue.
☕️ Urban Grind just introduced vegan zucchini bread at their Brewbox location in Pittsburgh Yards. Goes perfectly with an iced latte or matcha.
🥪 Frazie's Meat and Market is giving away free sandwiches during Masters Week to anyone who can sink three putts in a row.
🦪 The newest addition to Phew Pies menu is not messing around: the Oyster Rockefeller Pizza stacks blue point oysters over spinach pesto, cream of spinach, parmesan, and mozzarella, finished with house-made creole butter and a lemon garnish.
🤳 Eats at Wild Heaven, formerly Eats on Ponce, just introduced online ordering…

🗽 The Atlanta History Center landed something pretty wild: nine founding-era documents from the National Archives, including a rare 1823 engraving of the Declaration of Independence that shows what it looked like when it was first signed. The (sold out 😟) free exhibit runs through April 12. On the bright side, their centennial exhibit, celebrating 100 years with 100 objects from their collection, opens April 25.
📖 The kids section at Offbeat Books got a fresh refresh and it's full of good stuff. If you've got small humans at home who like to read, worth a browse.
🚲 RAR Bike Shop is hiring a service manager.
🏗️ Murphy Crossing is a new mixed-use development heading to the BeltLine near Lee + White. The pitch: small businesses and restaurants over the usual apartment-heavy formula. | More Info from Realtor Tyler Stanley
